Yea you read it correct, it is the LAST GACC. At first they called it Project Slingshot: Phase 2, after 2009 GACC's Phase 1.

Donno what GACC is? They had brought to you the first ever Seiyuu appearance in South East Asia at 2007 and 2008 is Bleach's Ichigo Kurosaki/FFX's Tidus seiyuu Masakazu Morita.
