Recently I'm into this abs workout and shaping and toning my body better.
For the past few days I kinda stop for a bit due to my trip going to Penang for CF Mini, will resume my Insanity Workout~
My plan now is, finished up the 60 days Insanity workout and see how the result goes, then I'll try out abs training specifically for woman. Cause I afraid if I follow guys workout too much might not be fitting for my female body. Next one probably follow Jillian Michalles one I guess, really adore her workout. XD
Also thanks to King for giving me a tiny bit of bits on her work out and experience. Will need to dig out more info from her after my 60 days~
