Last min meeting and Pizza!!

Lunch at Spaghetti Grill and lotsa onion rings! XD
Then got a call to go for pizza party at night.

Took a bus from MV to Subang, not familiar with the route, 20 mins car ride took me 2.5hr of bus ride. =_=  I actually missed a stop and went circling around USJ for an hour.. thank god I wasn't late for the meeting (they eat first then discussion)~

Meet up done at 12am cause the president forgot he got a movie at 11.50pm.. =_=
Friend sent me home so we continue to have a chat till... 2.30am when I reached home.. oh god. D:

Insanity Workout: Day 23

Yesterday I din't do workout, I cant even force myself to do one, because my body is close to break apart even just by walking... guess I'm over tired on Monday already and still forcing myself to workout. T^T
So I slept a good 13 hours when I reach home and today finally feeling better. ^^

So here's day 23 workout!!
Still feeling sad that no more video to provide the reader here (if any!)..

Insanity Workout: Day 22

Today went to check out the Muay Fit's Muay Thai class. OMG they actually take yearly fee.. which is .. cost a BOMB. I think I'll just probably go for a trial class and stop going liao haha.. boh bian, few thousands ringgit of commitment is too much for me, I was looking for monthly fees at most actually, or half year...


Neways, back to workout~~ 4 days no workout and I lost my breath for abit today.. sigh.
I notice that if ever you feel like dying from the workout reps, it'll always end the session very soon. So just continue on until they stop. It's just a few more seconds!! Ganba!!

Insanity Workout: Day 21 Off day / Japanese exam

For some unknown reason, the guy whose video I been posted up here had removed all the workout videos. T^T
Thank god I manage to download all of it before it was removed. D:

Now I'm unable to show my other friends on this awesome home workout.
But this will not stop me from working out (since I have the videos LOL)

Guess from here onwards I can only post up my progress photos only, those wanted the video I can share to you privately~

Today was my Japanese exam day hehe. Finally a photo of my teacher lolol. Nothing to do after I done my exam.

Not perfect mark but 94 not too bad la hahaha



and went to makan besar to celebrate finish beginner 1. workout gone gone.. LOL. I have some chicken chop nearby our center, not bad. XD

Insanity Workout: Day Insanity 20 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Day 20 finally!!! I pull tru 1/3 of the workout!! Ganbarimasu!!

Today manage to coop better... Yesterday was quite disaster isnt it? orz..
Probably shouldn't rest for too long, that's why when get back to workout, lost of breath.. lol..

Today uses FREE!'s Splash free song for workout! It is a very motivational song to workout! The beat and tempo is so up beat it can get you going! Not suitable to listen too many times in normal occasion, you might get bored lol.



For once I felt my body shape looks better... 
The abs shadow continues to remain as shadow, even after 20 days of workout~
Macam ada sikit nicer shape. but probably bcoz phot is in HDR so the shadows are nicely shown.. LOL

I already plan to do abs workout after I done with these 60 days Insanity!! >.<

Also, is currently started to do 30 reps for 3 sets of mini weight lifting to tone the hand muscle better. No choice, whenever do Burpees my shoulder muscle just can't keep up properly.. 
I usually do the mini weight lifting after workout. I wait till temperature cool down abit then only do it.
Let's see how the results goes after few weeks.

Insanity Workout: Day 13 Pure Cardio And Cardio Abs


Today is the first time I'm doing Cardio Abs, I got to say ho, it is...hard. XD
12 days of normal intense workout, suddenly do abs type, need time to adapt it for abit.~~

But its something refreshing to try out, and it is very tiring of course.

Fight fight fight!!

Work out and exercise

Recently I'm into this abs workout and shaping and toning my body better.

For the past few days I kinda stop for a bit due to my trip going to Penang for CF Mini, will resume my Insanity Workout~

My plan now is, finished up the 60 days Insanity workout and see how the result goes, then I'll try out abs training specifically for woman. Cause I afraid if I follow guys workout too much might not be fitting for my female body. Next one probably follow Jillian Michalles one I guess, really adore her workout. XD
Also thanks to King for giving me a tiny bit of bits on her work out and experience. Will need to dig out more info from her after my 60 days~
