Yesterday I din't do workout, I cant even force myself to do one, because my body is close to break apart even just by walking... guess I'm over tired on Monday already and still forcing myself to workout. T^T
So I slept a good 13 hours when I reach home and today finally feeling better. ^^
So here's day 23 workout!!
Still feeling sad that no more video to provide the reader here (if any!)..
Today went to check out the Muay Fit's Muay Thai class. OMG they actually take yearly fee.. which is .. cost a BOMB. I think I'll just probably go for a trial class and stop going liao haha.. boh bian, few thousands ringgit of commitment is too much for me, I was looking for monthly fees at most actually, or half year...
Neways, back to workout~~ 4 days no workout and I lost my breath for abit today.. sigh.
I notice that if ever you feel like dying from the workout reps, it'll always end the session very soon. So just continue on until they stop. It's just a few more seconds!! Ganba!!
Day 20 finally!!! I pull tru 1/3 of the workout!! Ganbarimasu!!
Today manage to coop better... Yesterday was quite disaster isnt it? orz..
Probably shouldn't rest for too long, that's why when get back to workout, lost of breath.. lol..
Today uses FREE!'s Splash free song for workout! It is a very motivational song to workout! The beat and tempo is so up beat it can get you going! Not suitable to listen too many times in normal occasion, you might get bored lol.
For once I felt my body shape looks better...
The abs shadow continues to remain as shadow, even after 20 days of workout~
Macam ada sikit nicer shape. but probably bcoz phot is in HDR so the shadows are nicely shown.. LOL
I already plan to do abs workout after I done with these 60 days Insanity!! >.<
Also, is currently started to do 30 reps for 3 sets of mini weight lifting to tone the hand muscle better. No choice, whenever do Burpees my shoulder muscle just can't keep up properly..
I usually do the mini weight lifting after workout. I wait till temperature cool down abit then only do it.
I notice my body didn't sore for the past few days from the workout. I wonder what happen.. or I'm not pushing myself hard enough?? hmmm
Neways, I'm so sick of bread (ate for 3 weeks LOL) so this week eating rice. Less meat, green vegie.. my parents would be super shock if they know I picking up on vegie hahaha.

Insanity suppose to have off day every week. So the guy is just giving some tips and review on the workout.
But since I'm really eager to workout today, I went to do Day 8 workout.
It's Power and Resistance!!
Got new moves today. My push ups still bad. Weak hand is weak~
But today sweat tons again! Feeling awesome. :D

Usually for the step that uses your leg to kick and hand movement, I'll add on my light dumbbell to add extra workout for my arm. I need a stronger arm so I can handle my DSLR equip better. :D
Today I wear jacket to workout. My friend said I'm suppose to wear long sleeve stuff so I can heat more, sweat more and burn more calories!!!
The jacket is really thick and I'm sweating bunch during warm up itself! Not bad.
Also I off my fan so its more heating. I make a mistake by switching on the fan for my past few rounds of workout. oTL
The only thing I hate about this jacket is that all the cotton coming out (its new jacket!).
Today will wear black shirt then... and my hand looks like got some decease or something.. =_=
Day 5 now! Must really pull myself to workout more RAWR!!!
So far I'm LOVING this workout. Because:
- I can do inside my room (no need worry about haze, and I hate jogging)
- Can do at night when I came back from work
- Its easy and simple (minus the insane part)
- No gym equipment needed
- No special must-eat product
So today is Pure Cardio.
I saw the title I abit scared already haha. XD
Whenever I do workout I'll keep remind myself: No pain, no gain
and also "what didn't kill you makes you stronger"

Burpee workout is so crazy... I usually have to pause for abit on repeat 3 cause my leg is really sore and my arms are unable to push down for another inch.. My horrible arm strength. T^T
It's also a very new experience to me that even doing the leg stretching and simple steps can make your legs trembling and cannot move anymore.

Today suppose to be just recovery from the past 3 days of workout (according to the video).
But because I'm overly busy as usual I can't even fork out even half hour to do it.. *sad max*
As you can see from the video, your body suppose to be sore all over the body and the workout is relaxing, stretching. Which is totally cool! Despite of the title : Insanity, it really does calculated that your body will sore and so added in cool down days for your body to rest and recover before going on more intensed workout.
So if your body is all sore and tired, following the workout every single day is totally possible. But if you're ever busy like me, take actual days off are fine as well (which is what i usually do when doing heavy exercise). But after 4 days of following the programme, I guess whenever possible I'll do this daily. :D
Today didn't take photo cause after the workout I went straight to farewell dinner to my great friend that flying off to Japan the next day~
The burpee workout is .. uhh PAIN weh. T_T
Burpee is the one drop down on floor, jumps back, push ups, runs, then jumps up. Repeat.
But I really like how the warming up goes. It's about 10 mins, you'll really sweat and its just some simple steps. Then some harder one, and the actual workout, then warming down.
So far I'm following the workout well (I guess).

Really can't bring myself to do it cause I'm too busy settling event stuff coming up soon. And I did badminton and swimming on Sunday that I'm totally exhausted and body sore the next day... T^T

Being too thin is, you can hardly see obvious result like the guy in vid did.
Maybe after 3 weeks can see better result. :D
I'm so curious with Insanity workout that my friends mentioned few weeks ago. And finally I had gotten myself to do it~ I'm following this guy's workout video. Basically I downloaded the video then play it at home and workout. :D
2nd test result (done within 1 hour after the 1st trial test) 1. switch kicks: 100 kicks 50 reps 2. power jacks : 56 3. power knees : 72 4. power jumps : 20 5. globe jumps : 10 6. suicide jumps : 15 7. push-up jacks : 20 8. low plank ob lique : 50 Manage to get double of my first trial (cause i dint know its a just a fit test, i dint try hard enough on first try. XD)
My review for day 1: Its totally doable, at time such as doing the power jumps, its quite killing. Lost your breath, coughing abit, feels like dying. This is what it meant by INSANITY~ But hey, no pain no gain right? :D No worries if you're not the exercise type, just try to push yourself the best you can, after few weeks, test yourself on the fit test again and see how much improvement you have gotten. :D Just attach a photo of my first day, see how it is after 60 days.
