Insanity Workout: Day 2 - Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Here I am again, late.. even after the first day workout.. ... oTL
Really can't bring myself to do it cause I'm too busy settling event stuff coming up soon. And I did badminton and swimming on Sunday that I'm totally exhausted and body sore the next day... T^T

So today continue again~ Day 2!!

Today is kinda ok, just chilling up~

Being too thin is, you can hardly see obvious result like the guy in vid did.
Maybe after 3 weeks can see better result. :D
