Insanity Workout: Day 3 Cardio Power And Resistance

Today a little intensed.

It's all about power and pain!!



The burpee workout is .. uhh PAIN weh. T_T
Burpee is the one drop down on floor, jumps back, push ups, runs, then jumps up. Repeat.

But I really like how the warming up goes. It's about 10 mins, you'll really sweat and its just some simple steps. Then some harder one, and the actual workout, then warming down.

So far I'm following the workout well (I guess).


Somehow I don't have photo recorded for today workout. D:
Will make sure I have it taken orz... (sometime is my phone problem.. T^T )
